Tournament goes off without a hitch … Phew!!!
We had 45 players join the Tournament to play for 1600 MS points. I am glad to say there were no connection problems what so ever. Yay. We are working on the streaming video part and will have it up and running soon. We want to thank all of the players. The battles were entertaining and there were no cheese served at this party as well as no wine either. It was a good community event, the players were all respectful gamer and I applauded that, considering what lurks in the sea of Xbox Live.
The winner was Happycolour!! Congrats goes out to him. He is a 25 year old gamer who was playing games since 5 years old. He loved Super Mario Brothers 2 for the NES, that’s Nintendo Entertainment System for all you youngins. He is currently playing Soul Calibur 4 and attempting to get a game developed under the company name Dream Gazers. He took the 1600 MS points using a Custom Character with the Hilde Weapon setup. He used the set surprisingly well. Hilde weapons have become known by the community as limited but Happy used the character with a fluid motion mixed with brute type hits. He slashed his way through 3 rounds and made it to the final round against youkii shoji.. hard to pronounce, who used yeuong sung a quick fighter.
